Happy Saturday! The weather has been perfect-warm & breezy. Preston & I took a leisurely walk to Red Hook to stop by Ikea (
I should be typing this at my desk in my new chair; however, something fluffy has taken it over.) I went a little boho themed today in a long jersey dress, ankle boots, a wide brim hat.
I see this fruit mural while on the train on my way to work. I just love it, so I knew I would have to take some pictures. It's called the "Pineapple Mural", and it was done by the
Gowanus Canal Conservancy. Gowanus is a super grungy warehouse neighborhood, sandwiched between the more row house aesthetic Park Slope & Carroll Gardens. It's infamous for the lovely, pleasant, totally not a Superfund site, canal. And now the Whole Foods with reasonably priced manuka honey.
