Hard Candy | Candy Sprinkles Polishes

Sprinkle nails is a polish trend I have fallen hard for. It seems low & high end polishes are all offering shades to give your nails an ice cream sundae look. Here are pics from my selection of Hard Candy's Candy Sprinkles collection.

I picked these four colours from the candy sprinkled collection: Cocoa Smore seemed like it would be a fun twist on a neutral shade, Sugar Rush looked like cookies & cream, Jelly Bean Blue because I was looking for something similar to Illamasqua's Speckled polish in Fragile (not so much but loving both the sprinkled polishes & the speckled polishes), and Gummy Green because I love mint polishes & this looks just like mint chocolate chip ice cream.

Cocoa Smore
Taupe/beige with silver and black circular glitter.
Two coats over one coat of Essie Jazz.

Sugar Rush
White with black & silver circular glitter.
Two coats over WnW White Creme.

Jelly Bean Blue
Baby Blue with black & blue circular glitter.
Two coats over OPI Can't Find my Czechbook.

Gummy Green
Mint Green with black & silver circular glitter.
Two Coats.

Overall, these are definitely fun polishes and are a great price to try the sprinkled nail trend in several colours. I would suggest using them over a similarly coloured base for a more opaque look. Also, the glitter is very dense so it's easy to get the effect but difficult for removal (glitter everywhere!)

Have you tried any sprinkled polishes? Do you like the sprinkled trend?
