September 23-29th, 2013
I did quite a few Autumnal pages this past year. It's my favourite season and seeing as it was the start of the Filofax adventure, I got into it. This week was simple with pumpkin stickers, wood grain washi, and a few coordinating sticky notes.

Mint green & pastel owls. Just the right amount of 'cuteness', considering my agenda is filled with criminal justice research appointments...
October 14-20th, 2013
This week Preston & I were traveling back to our hometown in Florida, so I decided to take advantage of that event and create a theme around it. I used hot air balloon stickers, grey cloud sticky notes, and kraft lettering to spell 'Let's Go!' and 'Travel'.
December 23-29th, 2013
Not your typical Christmas themed week, but I really love how it turned out. Woodland creatures, mint green, and bronze lettering. This week also really started my love for kraft stickers & white gel pens. These stickers are my absolute favourite (I really need to stock up.)
January 20-26th, 2014
Another forest week. I mixed it a bit up using washi tape along the bottom margin. I love the black & white forest print. More kraft stickers and a 'to do' list sticky note. Bronze letters spell out 'Hello'.
February 10-16th, 2014
Now Christmas wasn't traditional, but V-day totally was. Pink, red, & hearts all over. Touches of gold in the triangle washi tape and on the cupcake stickers. The tucked away Starbucks coupon matched perfectly. Practically all my supplies are from Target. Mainly the dollar spot or the sticker aisle. I love Sticko's Limited Edition sticker sheets (owls, hot air balloons, woodland animals, cupcakes), and their regular line is pretty great too (pumpkins, hearts). The sticky notes are from the Target dollar spot over time, every few months they add new designs, and the green & pink ones are from the Martha Stewart for Staples collection. For washi tape, I pick up things when on sale or order from ebay when I am looking for a particular design (wangrea is my first stop). The kraft stickers were from Target dollar spot, and my handy white gen pen is a Gelly Roll (oh the primary school memories...) The pens I use to write appointments, info, and to-do's are either Sharpie or Le Pens.
I'm a bit font obsessed, so I like to include typography whenever I decorate. I try to have something that fits what's going on in the week, but when in doubt, I just spell out 'Hello' (as evident by two of the above weeks). I am not very creative with my washi placement, so perhaps I shall branch out and try new things. I have been using page flags as decoration rather than actually flagging my pages. I'm still on a kraft paper kick and anything with a fall or forest vibe is love.
It's not every week that I decorate, but I do enjoy taking the time to mark out my schedule and making it a bit more fun with washi & stickers. Let me know if you want to see more Filo-posts! I can try to show more of my weeks and make this a regular on my blog. And then I'll make sure to use the dslr instead of the iPhone. Until then, you can follow me on Instagram!
Do you decorate your agenda?
