Julep Maven | January 2014

It's been awhile since I haven't "skipped" a Julep Maven month. My nail polish collection has been overflowing again, and I couldn't justify adding any new colours when I had so many I still needed to try. This month though had some great products I have been in need of, so I decided to get the Modern Beauty Box.

Box Breakdown
Julep Essential Cuticle Oil
Julep Ta Da! Quick Dry Drops
Julep Vanish Cuticle Softener & Remover
2 orange sticks

I have the Essential Cuticle Oil and love it. It's a quick drying oil in a convenient roller ball format. I have been using it for awhile, and it still looks completely full. Next in the box are the Ta Da! Quick Dry Drops. I am very excited to use these. I have tried similar products before, but it's been awhile. If these work, it will make nail painting a much more enjoyable process. The final product is the Vanish Cuticle Softener & Remover. I have been in need of a cuticle remover to add to the arsenal of nail maintenance products. For the bonus, they included a couple of orange sticks. Not the most exciting box but definitely essentials I needed and the packaging is quite upscale. The colours this month were very pretty, so if you got this month's Boudoir box let me know which shades you picked!

Julep Maven is a nail polish subscription box that costs $20 a month. It's easy to skip months, and you get discounts on all of their polishes and products. If you want to subscribe you can follow my link here.

Did you get this month's Julep Maven box? What style profile did you choose?
